WHO SHOULD GET FIT?

While a fitting is meant for nearly all skill levels, there are some exceptions as to whether a golfer can benefit from a fitting. If you're unsure if a fitting is right for you, please check out the information below!

GOLFERS WHO SHOULD

  • You Have a Dialed in Swing that's Consistent Enough. We don't mean you don't have mishits every once in a while. We just mean that you're making solid contact with the ball most of the time and you don't have extreme inconsistencies such as topping the ball, or severe duck hooks nearly every time. This type of issue is better addressed through a lesson before getting fit.

  • You've Been Practicing or Playing. If you haven't hit a golf ball in six months, we strongly recommend practicing, or playing a few times before coming in. We want to make sure we're fitting you into your "in-season" swing. If a golfer is a little bit rusty, it's harder to gain accurate data as they might not be in the form they usually are, and their swing might change once they've gone out a few times.

  • Working towards Getting Better. If you are a golfer that has extreme inconsistencies but are working with a swing coach or practicing consistently, we can get you pointed in the right direction! During the fitting, the results might not be as eye-opening, but long term they will help you tremendously.

GOLFERS WHO SHOULD WAIT

  • You struggle with making consistent contact. If you severely struggle with hitting the ball and getting it up in the air, or have severe mishits, it's best to keep working on your swing beforehand.

    • With that being said, we can definitely get you a set of clubs that fit your height, swing speed, and playing ability. It might just be harder to see consistent results as these issues are better suited through a lesson or two.
